Replacement and Refund Policy

We stand behind every order we send. If something is wrong with your accounts, we want to fix it fast. This page explains exactly what we cover, what falls outside our policy, and how to report an issue the right way.

What We Cover?

We provide a full replacement for any account that fails due to our error. Two specific situations qualify for a replacement.

  • First, if the login credentials we delivered are incorrect and the account cannot be accessed.
  • Second, if an account asks for re-verification immediately after delivery.

Both of these are our responsibility. We will replace those accounts without question.

When a Full Refund Applies?

If a replacement is not possible on our end, we issue a full crypto refund for the affected accounts. This applies only when we are unable to provide working replacement accounts within a reasonable time. Refunds are processed back in cryptocurrency only. We do not issue refunds by any other method.

What We Do Not Cover?

Some situations fall outside this policy. It is important to understand these before placing your order.

  • Accounts that get banned or suspended after first login are not covered.
  • Platform bans happen because of how accounts are used after purchase. That is outside our control and therefore outside our guarantee.

We are fair with this policy. But we do ask buyers to use accounts responsibly after delivery.

How Long You Have to Report?

Every package at High Quality PVAs comes with a guarantee window. You must report any faulty accounts within 12 to 48 hours of delivery, depending on your package terms.

Reports made after the guarantee window has closed are not eligible for replacement or refund. Check your package details for the exact reporting window that applies to your order.
